Advice for Road Runners: Looking to reduce the likelihood of getting injured while running? The True Motion Women's U-Tech Aion 3 Running Shoes are engineered to reduce the risk of running injuries by up to 50%.

Underfoot Feel

The True Motion U-Tech Aion 3 Running Shoes feature Biological U-TECH™ cushioning. As the tubes of foam mirror the shape of your foot anatomy, they help centre the forces from the ground up through your ankle and knee. This in turn lowers the chances of injury.

One of the main benefits of the anatomically shaped U-TECH™ cushioning is that it should improve underfoot softness and smooth out transitions.

The latest edition has 40% more U-TECH™ foam than the previous model. As the material boasts roughly 75% energy return, it's likely to feel highly protective and energetic.

Upper Fit

The True Motion Aion 3 Running Shoes have an innovative three-layer jacquard mesh. As a result, it should feel very soft and comfortable. A moulded heel counter improves the fit around the ankle.

Ideal Run Type

The highly protective and energetic foam makes these suitable for slow and steady paced runs. Ultimately, the True Motion Women's U-Tech Aion 3 Running Shoes are great for everyday miles, whether they're short or long distances.

True Motion carry out extensive scientific research to back up their claims about injury prevention. As a result, there's a very high chance these will reduce running related injuries, especially around the knee area.

Sizing Advice

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
